one week online course will tell you:

Here's how it works.
After you register, you will be given a username and password
and web site address so you can log-into our online classroom.
All you need is a) to be able to access the Internet and b)
Real Audio, a plug-in software you can download for free. You can
get Real Audio by going to http://www.real.com
We recommend you spend around one hour a day online in the
course. After you register, you will receive further instructions
via email about how the course works.

Here’s what you do to participate in the online course: 1. Read approximately 10-20 pages from the readings each
day.
2. Listen anytime to the daily 15 minute lecture. 3. Ask the instructor questions in the discussion area.
4. Discuss your ideas and thoughts with your colleagues in the
discussion area.

Refund / Substitution Policy
If you find you cannot attend, substitutions are accepted if made not
less than 8 days prior to the first day of the course. Refunds, less $20
for handling, are available when received in writing 20 days before the
course. A full voucher/credit towards the next offering is always available.
Changes and substitutions are $20 each.
